The Delete Folder command on the Folder List shortcut menu is used to delete a custom folder. Workflow Manager's built-in folders cannot be deleted.

When you delete a custom folder, the items in the folder are simply returned to their original Workflow Manager folders. Keep in mind that if you delete an individual item in a custom folder, the item is permanently deleted from the folder and you will not be able to access it from its original folder.
